Jeff Capel followed him on Twitter a little while back so we know there's been contact. We'll see if anything becomes of this. Pitt could really use a player like Burns.
Also, noticed that Burns just followed Trey McGowens' dad on Twitter. Possibly a relationship there since both Burns and McGowens are from SC.
