I do. I am not sure Trump is serious about this and I don't know why Democrats are in opposition to this. Well, I do know. Because Trump said it. You can't oppose everything even when there are some good ideas and every once in awhile he does have a good idea. Now, Canada will never agree to this but hypothetically, I think it would be a good thing for many reasons. One of which is Dems get 2 more senators and will probably never lose a Presidential election again, which is why I doubt Trump is serious. Politics aside though, I believe it's always a good idea to expand territory non-violently.

Also Gold Medals in hockey and we get Alphonso Davies on the USMNT. Hopefully this gets done before the World Cup. Wouldn't mind Jonathan David in the red, white, and blue either

I don’t know if that’s a done deal. Yes the liberals are the ruling party but their system is different. Their Conservative Party got more votes in recent elections, but they have a lot of parties getting seat representation. No one knows if the system changes with how votes are tallied. Sort of like GOP sitting out in solid red states and dems sitting out in solid blue states.

Canada would be more voters than California. Pretty sure they would at least initially go blue.
Would likely require a Constitutional amendment to decide the length of a football field and how many players and downs.

I think we have enough problems as it is let alone integrating a foreign country into ours.
