Does anyone else find it ironic that the dyed in the wool Penn State community was able to become aware of a t-shirt apparently created via a little known blog within hours of its promotion, relentlessly and tirelessly uncovered the identity of the t-shirt producer, brought his/her identity to "authorities" and did (and are still doing) everything in their power to stop the "injustice". All of this over the hint of the production of a t-shirt? A t-shirt that isn't even vulgar. Just a t-shirt.

Yet the same community justifies doing nothing after decades of allegations of the sexual improprieties of one of their own? Decades of alleged child abuse. Decades of rumors. But, "they did all they could do."

A stunning display of priorities.

Nah. You just don't go digging around the graveyard hoping you don't find any bodies. You whistle on past it and declare it empty.

How many threads can we have about PSU t-shirts? This is the biggest thing going on with Pitt football? The season kicks off in 6 days!

They also don't mind the production of "Eat Shit Pitt" t-shirts and buttons that I have seen in the past. Very hypocritical group.

Yeah, they don't mind dishing it out, but they sure can't take it. Another example is James from State Farm and his constant whining about "negative recruiting".

Don't forget the PSU produced shirts and buttons that said "PUCK FITT".

Those freaks on their Rivals board don't even care about Penn State. They are all in for Paterno's Cult of Personality. Worshiping at the alter of a dead man and attacking any PSU fan who doesn't parrot their convoluted conspiracy fantasies. Honestly they are mentally unstable lunatics.

I don't see why they think there's a problem with selling Joe Knew. 1) it is factually true and 2) it's the free market. If they don't like it, don't buy it. You can't bully someone into not buying it.

Honestly, who cares? They run around ragged putting bubble gum on leaks in the dam. The amount of effort they put into defending a brand image that everyone has already taken a side on, and will most likely never switch from, is laughable. It is an amusing game of whack-a-mole to watch, I'll give you that, but they can't stop anyone from chanting it, putting it on a sign, or taking a Sharpie to a Hanes white tee.

Ironic? Yes. A better word would be disgusting.

And yet you clicked on it and commented on it.

File that under ironic as well.

It's not ironic, it's ****ing annoying. Tell rivals to come up with an ignore thread option and I'll be fine with it. It gets old sifting through the same crybaby shit about a stupid t-shirt.

So start a thread or don't open & post

Ironic isn't it.

Not ironic, just tired of seeing the fanbase look like crybabies about PSU all the time.

I'll start 50 threads, one on each position and one on each game all football related and blast this PSU baby shit to page 10, but i'm not a dick. The constant PSU threads about tshirts and other stuff is pussy shit.
