Does navy stadium get wind off the ocean?

Weather looks like mid 40s tomorrow but I was wondering if it is more windy in Annapolis compared to other places. Trying to decide on winter coat or fall coat

I was stationed at Annapolis for two years in the early 1950's and lived and worked in Bancroft Hall which is across the street from the stadium. I never experienced excess wind. It is not on the ocean.

I remember the upper level being quite breezy last time I went in 2013.
If the high is going to be in the 40's, I'd bring both coats. The set will set by the time the game ends and I'm sure there will be quite a temperature drop then.

Just as an FYI the local news here in South Central pa are calling for the chance of a brief wintery mix tomorrow evening. Probably too warm to cause travel issues but something to watch
