Actually if it's like last year they will start mailing them out tomorrow. That's why they are so insistent that you either commit to picking them up or they mail them to you. If you tell them you want them mailed they will not be available at the Pete, because they get mailed out of somewhere in Georgia.

Or I thought from Arkansas last year.

I'll check the postmark if we get our tickets.

In our area our mail gets delivered correctly 50% of the time so I wonder who might get our PITT tickets.

If a Nitter fan gets them, lots of them here, the tickets will most likely end up in the trash or as target at the gun club. If I don't get them I'll look in the range trash cans for them a few holes won't make much difference unless the hit the bar code?
