This is isn't to be an "anti-Slovis" thread but a very pro Jurkovec thread...
Has anyone else noticed in various interviews (even with some coaches) comments about how much of a leader Jurkovec is "compared to what we had in the past". I really think, while plays on the field matter most, he has earned the respect and leadership of this team. That brings a lot of confidence into the huddle which effects players attitudes and desire to play for their leader. This is IMO, an important ingredient to a team's success.
