Dugger showed some positive signs and should have been playing over Lynch, but that Pick 6 was not only an awful decision but he should have tackled him around midfield. It was a lackluster effort to say the least.

Hopefully he continues to get better, but it is way too early to crown him.

Wasn't really a decision though, he just didn't make the pre-snap read at the LOS and never saw or expected that DT to drop into the slant lane. Toledo knew that slant was coming and knew Dugger wouldn't see the zone blitz. Experience will fix that.
