This is not a fluke. He's one of the best QBs in the ACC as a true frosh. Syracuse has a program-changer in that kid.

As bad as we're playing though, this kid actually is good. Nunes was a Pitt killer, he really wasn't a good quarterback. Not terrible, but not even near the same level as this kid. I'll be shocked if this kid has as good of a career as McNabb had, but other than that gonna be up there among Syracuse QBs.
Yea, Nunes wasnt very good, just against Pitt. This Dungey is the real deal. Best FR QB I've seen since Famous Jameis.
He very well may be, but tough to tell when our d-backs look completely lost.
Counting today he has 11 touchdowns and only 1 interception. That's pretty darn good for a true freshman, even one who did miss the game against the best team they've played so far this season.

I still remember Bill Hurley giving fits to great Pitt teams. Don McPherson was another good one. He was the one who lifted Cuse back to prominence in the mid 80's.

Getting hurt is part of the game sometimes....If he wasn't completely ready to back in that's their fault.The only person I heard that was using that as an excuse was the pxp guy and he's a cuse alum.

The guy is good---I've watched him in 3-4 games and was at the game today--he can make plays--wasn't the same after he got clocked---and why is madddux cover #8 1-1----he couldn't cover my grandmother---talk about getting smoked on every play and coaches make no adjustment
Maddox was too short for Ishmael today.
He's still a top 3 CB in the ACC as far as percentage of times targeted resulting in a completion, yards per target, big plays given up, and TDs given up. He had a bad game, even Revis had a few of those.

You beat me to it. Dungey is talented, but he's already sustained two head injuries this season.
Unfortunately for Cuse, a running quarterback on a mediocre team could have a short shelf life.
Well he actually has had 2 bad games in a row. He might be our best cover guy but hasn't looked like it lately.
