Easter is saved

My eggs are really expensive. I have 4 free range chickens and they're all off the lay. So I'm getting 1 or 2 eggs a month out of them but still having to feed them.
My wife estimated we're about $50. I said "What? For a dozen!". She replied "No. Per egg."

I'm exactly the same way. If you watch the news, either local or national, you'd think prices of eggs are through the roof, the next world war is around the corner, and the earth is doomed from "climate change", which happens whether we're here or not but isn't going to end the world. At least not for the next million or so years. As soon as the local or national news comes on, if my TV is even on, I change channels or turn it off. The local Pittsburgh channels are no better than the leftist propaganda from CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, MSNBC.
Throw Fox News in there too. They even admitted that they are an entertainment channel.

CJsE literally posted the CPI average cost of eggs over the last two or three years IN THIS THREAD. They are through the roof.

no one is saying egg prices werent high, you have a chinese nationalist running the dept of agriculture deciding to prematurely kill 100 million chickens, it's going to spike the costs of eggs..

what people are mocking is how the mainstream media somehow put it on Trump and the GOP and now that the prices arent high anymore, it's no longer an issue..

You should reread what your fellow lemmings said because you’re totally off script.

Wait...the former Governor of Iowa who was born in a Pittsburgh Catholic orphanage and attended Shady Side Academy, is a Chinese nationalist?

Who was running the country the past 2 or 3 years? It was an unconscious puppet doing what the Chinese Communist Party told him to do.

I never had a problem buying eggs for under $3/dzn. Now they're around $4/dzn. to $4.50/dzn. and coming down now that we have a president in office.

Wow, cool racism bro. She's been in the same position since 2002 and was appointed by Bush and served under Trump's entire first term. She was also born in Pennsylvania.

If you think that an inspector general is making policy decisions then I don't know what to tell you except read a book. Really any would probably do wonders for you.

Only 1 ****ing person said they would lower egg prices. Why can't you morons acknowledge it?

Trump literally said he would lower egg prices and hasn't. I didn't say it, he did.

just like ending the Russia Ukraine war on day 1.

im so confused. egg prices are down big time, everyone who's been to a store in the last 2 months knows this. so what are you complaining about?

1/2 you wack jobs are saying that egg prices dont matter and 1/2 you guys are saying they are still really expensive? Which one is it? PICK A LANE..

Link from KDKA below. this is pretty easy here folks, not alot of digging is needed to uncover the truth on this.

After checking it out, when we went to Kuhn's back in January, a dozen eggs were nearing $7 per dozen; now, they're $4.69.

As for other grocers in our region, they cost $4.99 at Giant Eagle, $5.39 at Shop 'N Save, $3.97 at Walmart, and $4.99 at Trader Joe's.

Hmm interesting. Let's take a look at their own video from January where they claim egg prices were $7. I bet Barry Pintar wouldn't confuse egg grades and prices would he?

Dozen Large Grade A Free Range Eggs - $5.89
Dozen Large Grade A Eggs - $4.89
Dozen Large Free Range Grade A Brown Eggs - $5.09
Dozen Large Cage Free Eggs - $5.98
Dozen Large Brown Free Range Grade A Organic Eggs - 6.59
18 Egglands Extra Large Grade AA Eggs - $6.99

Wow, big shock there that comparing grade AA eggs to Grade B or ungraded eggs is going to result in the AA eggs looking more expensive...Go find a dozen AA eggs right now and tell me what they cost, I bet they're $6.50. There wasn't a single B grade or regular non-graded egg price visible in the video, but how much you want to bet the field reporter didn't bother to look at the type of eggs he was comparing? You aren't very good at this arguing thing.

Edit: I missed this before. See even I can screw up. That $7 price they are saying was the price in January, that was for 18 eggs, not 1 dozen. So go find an 18 pack of AA eggs and tell me they're lower than $7 right now.

when they are cheap, it's a non issue that only republicans bring up. when they are expensive, it's trump's fault even though they were expensive months before he got into office.

IT MAKES NO SENSE
