What's more... they seem to accurately punish/reward teams for wins. Nevada dropped 24 spots with their loss at Wyoming last night. WVU gained 12 spots with their win at ISU.
It's better than RPI. And looking at the ratings, they pass the "eye test". At least for me, they do.
