Pitt offered over 1mill and he declined stating he's only leaving for the NFL
Go on the Arkansas pay board
Do we really know this to be true and how do you knowPitt offered over 1mill and he declined stating he's only leaving for the NFL
Maybe you should look at how Clemson did while he was calling those plays. They fired his ass after 2 seasons, the second of which was one of their worst in many years.I'd rather take a coach from Alabama who used to call plays for Clemson. Sign me up for Napier

I would hope we can do better.
He was 29 years old at the time when he got hired at Clemson. Do u think he learned a few things while coaching under the best HC in college football?Maybe you should look at how Clemson did while he was calling those plays. Yep. The guy talking trash isn't a Pitt fan, though.Didn't Clemson score the most points in school history his first year as an OC their?

^^^^ coached under Swinney, Saban and McElwain. I'm sure he's learned a LOT over his 13 years with these 3 top knotch coaches.

Why didn't he get the job before, during or after Kiffen, if he is great at play calling?
Well why didn't he get the job at Bama , before, during or after Kiffen? Exactly
SABAN likes him!^^^^ coached under Swinney, Saban and McElwain. I'm sure he's learned a LOT over his 13 years with these 3 top knotch coaches.
Kiffen is gone, and maybe soon Sark?Because Alabama cane hire whomever they want. He's perfectly fine for Pitt. Alabama's last 2 OC's were previously HC's as USC. Think about that.
Well, for the year that Dabo didn't interfere, he did very well. It was a control struggle with two young coaches looking to run what they wanted and not communicating well. Dabo had more power, so he won. I think Dabo has greatly improved and Napier has learned from some of the best in the business.Maybe you should look at how Clemson did while he was calling those plays. Who failed and got fired. With a ton of talent at his disposal .......just sayin!I'd rather take a coach from Alabama who used to call plays for Clemson. Sign me up for Napier
Plus, he scored with Daisy Duke! Bet Lane Kiffin can't say that. Hmmm...actually, he probably nailed her too.Who failed and got fired. With a ton of talent at his disposal .......just sayin!
On top of being passed over numerous times by his head coach! Pass!
Lets be honest. How many assistant coaches under Saban has flouished?
Waaaaaay to much of a risk right now with how bad our defense played. If he fails and our defense is as bad or slightly better. We may win one or two games next year..........just my two cents.
Enos would be a tremendous hire. Anyone who has watched Arkansas the last 2 years and thinks they are bland. Simply hasn't watched them. In two years he had two QB's pass for over 3400 yards. With a tremendous run game. On top of using the tightend position like nobody else. Plus, he was a one time head coach. Sign me up for Enos!
But will he be another one and doner!?He sounds like he'd be a good hire -- nice experience for his age -- but I suspect we may just be getting him another raise at Arkansas
But his background with Coach Duzz and Mich State is interesting.
Go Pitt.
Apparenrly he didn't learn enough to be allowed to sniff the OC job or call any plays the past 6 seasons during which Bama has gone through no less than 4 OCs. That's just what we need-a defense only head coach who has no hand in the offense and an unproven OC. Brilliant. He was 29 years old at the time when he got hired at Clemson.
