I’ve been a huge Duzz fan but this is two years in a row where the team tanked at the end of the year.

Unless Whipple turns into Dabo the recruiter, we will have more of the same.

There's a reason a guy like Wayne was a 2-star recruit. Old Dominion was his only other offer. And here he is... playing as a freshman and fumbling and dropping passes. People are surprised??

I actually like Wayne But given the standard some have for Qb he had a great game because he had good stats today.

Other than his fumble and running the wrong route (probably due to inexperience and being forced to play when he should have been redshirting) which led to an INT.

He has *potential* but he sure as hell has no business starting WR on a P5 team. No way. But you neglect recruiting a position like WR and TE... and guess what... you lead the nation in drops. Whoops!!!

Maybe the 5-9 after nov 15 is a reflection of having 2 star talent on the 2 deep when depth is needed after a long season. Best rationale I can come up with.

I have no problems with Wayne playing. I have huge problems with Vardzell getting significant PT.

The talent was there to win today and against Miami. Those losses were not because the team didn't have enough talent. They were because of turnovers and tons of penalties
