As hoops season approaches, I wanted to get some feedback from the board.
I shoot video of Pitt's press conferences, both midweek and post-game. In the past, I have relied on the microphone on my iPhone to get audio for those videos, which tends to pick up a lot of ambient noise but generally does a decent job. I recently acquired a cable to plug my phone into the actual audio coming from the podium, which gets much clearer audio but does miss on the questions sometimes.
Yesterday provides an interesting comparison. I forgot to plug in the cable for Jeff Capel, but I did plug in for Hinson/Federiko. So take a look at these two videos and tell me:
Which audio do you prefer?
