They talked about the disappointing season Pitt is having on their podcast, The Audible, this Sunday. Mandel said he just doesn’t see it happening with Narduzzi at this point. Feldman seemed to agree that Pitt is one of those schools he keeps expecting to make the next step, and they just haven’t.
Feldman also mentioned he views Pitt as a good job with good facilities in a good recruiting area with an amazing history. Mandel went on to say that he thinks Matt Campbell of Iowa State would be the perfect fit here (I can’t see that happening).
It’s nothing we all haven’t heard, but I felt like it was interesting to get some national perspective. Especially from someone like Feldman.
