Everybody keeps forgetting Florida State just started being good again 2 years ago. They sucked for close to 10 years and all of a sudden they're too good for the ACC. They were mighty quiet while Clemson was pummeling them annually. They're a joke.

FSU is steamrolling towards getting exactly what they want and it will be interesting to see how they do in a world they've created.

True, they may regret acting with haste. I personally don't think it will be all that smooth for them.

But, let's be honest, they are just doing what every other ACC school would do in that situation, most likely. If we had a chance to play hardball and somehow gain entrance into one of the Big 2, hopefully our administration would do the same.

As I read in another article about this, in the US, laws arent as important as judges. Judges, many of whom are partisan will interpret a law favorable to their beliefs. That isnt to say that a Florida State fan judge or an ACC fan judge will decide this but you can make a fine case either way. So this case wont be decided by law, necessarily, but one judge's personal beliefs.
