Honestly, I felt our turnovers hurt us more. We just were sloppy at too many key moments. And we gave up too many easy baskets on D.

Anyone with 2 eyes could see that this was an even game in terms of talent and Pitt clearly had an off day. I think they are entitled to one bad loss as far as NET goes but certainly can’t afford one more.

Flat out Nelly was terrible and our lack of rebounding is a big problem

Turnovers were the major factor along with players standing around on offense and defense. Too much dribbling and poor ball movement.

The next 2 games are must wins if we have any hope of getting into the NCAAT at all. The bad part of that is I don't see us winning either of the next 2 games against much better teams than FSU. We could win if we have a great night and the opposition has an off night. But dribbling around and standing around while turning the ball over won't get that done.

I still think it is more reasonable to expect and hope for the NIT. The NCAAT may be out of reach for Pitt this year.
