For those attending tomorrow's (Wed) epic #1 Pitt vs #3 PSU volleyball game

I feel like trying to do a "Gold Rush" rather than a "Roc the Royal" is a questionable decision (although it makes sense vs. Penn State where their fans may be wearing blue too).

Most places that carry Pitt gear, in my experience carry anywhere from 70 to 100% stuff where blue is the primary color. I'd wager many Pitt fans do not actually have a primarily gold shirt to wear. I presently fall into that category (have had gold shirts in the past, but do not have any in the current colors). I'm going to run to the store to pick up a gold Pitt shirt tonight; but I imagine most people won't bother, if they even know about the Gold Rush at all.

How dare they do a game wearing all one color that actually matches one of the two primary uniform colors. Did they not get the memo on all black or all white? Or all grey?

This aged like milk

lol 😂

I won't pretend I watch a ton of NCAA volleyball but I watch a little bit. Maybe PSU was a little intimidated by the environment and did not perform up to their capabilities, but based on what I saw, I'd be surprised if PSU wins the Big 10. There are better teams in that conference.

PSU is trying to rebuild their program from the dominance it once had. This is their best team in years. I don't know about being intimidated because they play at Nebraska and Whisky but by the third set, they looked frustrated. Winning the B1G would be something of an upset if they did since Nebraska is still really good (beat Stanford last night) and Wisconsin, while looking down, is still a difficult team to beat.

So who bought the 2k plus tickets that weren’t used?
