This was in the PPG. You knew but and white mike white would reference to school recently on probation. I never once heard Ford mention they were in his top 4. I highlighted the part that was interesting. We have a closer now at HC!

The junior class in WPIAL football has a number of highly-touted prospects. Pitt coach Pat Narduzzi has landed one of the best.
Paris Ford, a star junior receiver-defensive back at Seton-LaSalle High School, has made a verbal commitment to Pitt. Ford announced his decision on Twitter this afternoon.
Ford (6 feet 2,170 pounds) is ranked among the top 100 juniors in the country by scouting services Rivals.com and 247sports.com. He already had scholarship offers from numerous schools. Penn State, Ohio State and Notre Dame were three of his other top choices.
Seton-LaSalle coach Damon Rosol was surprised by the timing of Ford's decision. Rosol said he didn't see Ford making a commitment for a while. But Ford called Rosol Thursday night and said he was ready to choose Pitt. The Panthers recruited Ford to play defensive back.
"He was ready to commit," said Rosol. "He said he talked it over with his family.
"One thing I think really resonated with him was that a few weeks ago coach Narduzzi came just by himself to our school to talk with Paris. Usually, you see head coaches come to a school, they have an entourage with them. But he came by himself and talked with Paris a long time. Plus, Paris has been down to Pitt several times."
Rosol said a few schools wanted Ford as a receiver. Although Ford will likely play safety at Pitt, he is so versatile that Seton-LaSalle is now playing him at linebacker.
"He does everything he needs to do as a receiver, but his up-side is tremendous on both sides of the ball," Rosol said. "Physicality is the big thing with him. He's very physical and you like that for an ideal safety."
