I haven't seen it discussed much, but that fourth-and-1 play from Pitt's 43 in the fourth quarter was really something. Pitt came out in a jumbo package with Nakia Griffin-Stewart, Grant Carrigan and Carson Van Lynn at tight end, Rashad Wheeler at fullback and A.J. Davis at tailback.

Kenny Pickett faked the handoff but Davis really sold it when he not just ran toward the line of scrimmage but even went so far as to get airborne and attempt to dive over the pile.

Of course, the play was a pass to Griffin-Stewart, and Pickett put it on the money. Credit also to Griffin-Stewart for making the grab; we know he has had a few drops this season, but he came up big in that situation.
