Here’s the thing…
1) Trump is doing what needs to be done. The pain we feel is not what any other politician would subject us too. We need a trade reset after years of mismanagement. Even guys like JD Vance wouldn’t have done this because he would have a reelection or a political future to worry about. Trump is going to take bold action because he frankly doesn’t GAF.
2) and no matter how bad his numbers might appear, they still aren’t 21% like Dems.

To be fair, polls for a lame duck President are pretty meaningless. Maybe, maybe they can influence some policy decisions but only if it's drastic.
Trump is unpopular. It doesn't really matter. He probably won't get to run again and if he gets the constitution changed then Barry O wipes the floor with him. He might win every state.
