Keenum's offensive coordinator with the Rams in 2015 was Frank Cignetti, who had presided over stagnant beginnings to the careers of Aaron Brooks and Alex Smith before failing to improve Sam Bradford amid injuries.
Ouch. Imagine if they had Cav, who made Cignetti look like Bill Walsh.
