The thing that jumped out at me is the fact that James from State College has a 6 year 25.5 million dollar contract.

My how the price of incompetence has skyrocketed.

There's no doubt James is going to have a long off-season and a critical 2016 season. Even the PSU fans who drink the blue and white kool-aid are tiring of his press antics and PR spin when it comes to recruiting and his vision. They want to see results on the field. If Pitt beats PSU in the 2nd game of the year, he is going to be facing a crap storm in State College.
