41 days later, on May 7, McGowens will start classes at Pitt as Capel’s first recruit and a big piece of the rebuilding project that the new head coach has started. And McGowens isn’t shying away from being involved in that project.
“It’s a rebuild, but he’s going to build it his way, build it the way he wants it to be built,” McGowens told Panther-Lair.com. “That was one of the big things for me: I can be a big piece of building it.”
