When it comes to x and os hoops knowledge I defer to most people on this board but I've said for years if I had my pick of coaches it's Izzo and for me it's not even close. I don't think anyone consistently gets the most out of his teams as Izzo does. Particularly this time of year.

His teams are always well prepared and come tourney time, they are always a tough out.

it's simple-he IS the best.

On a consistent basis, nobody has been better in March in this era with the same level of players that Izzo gets. You'd have to go back to Bob Knight in his IU heyday.
