*Jamie- Overcoaching killed us this game. Had what I thought was a nice game plan with nelson giving us SOME (too many) good minutes on the defensive end but Jamie played it a little too long. We needed some offense and nelson wasn't the answer. WTF with Luther Jamie? Thats on you coach.
*Refs killed us. Some questionable fouls on us in 2nd half and none on Wisky for the same type of fouls in the 1st half.
* Did I mention too much nelson and not enough luther Jamie? I think that luther would have done a nice job on happ. Unfortunately, we'll never know.
*Hate to say this but if you were a HS player, would you want to play for this type of stressed out, gray-haired, screaming, offensively boring style of coach?
*Nelson played too much. Oh yeah, I already mentioned that huh?
*Why did you pick this game Jamie to TOTALLY go out of character and play a guy so much who didn't even get into the two ACC tourney games and barely played in ACC league games?
*Old sports adages apply tonight....never get beat with anything less than your best and don't let bad teams hang around.
*Wisky is pretty good defensively. They actually get away with bumping the cutters which I thought was illegal?
*Offensively, this might be the first P5 team that we played all year that we actually could stop their dribble penetration because they were SOOOOOOO DAMN SLOW! Our defense was good but lets not forget how bad Wisky's offense was tonight.
*Memo to Jamie...you should have played nelson a little less and played luther when it was apparent that your offense stunk.
*I know, Young and Artis were pretty bad and James petered out. Cam missed layups BUT we still could have won this game.
*Nelson, we hardly knew ye all year but got too much of you tonight.
