IMO it's no accident that
we got a "good Femi"
today. I know he has a
good deal of talent, BUT
it's not as a pg. I've been
posting this all along. He's
actually at his best when
Ezzy and Burton are on
the floor with him. Those
othertwo guards handle
the ball and keep Femi
from going one on one,
overdribbling, and looking
like Bad X.
I also posted last week
that our five that meshes
together the best are Femi,
Ezzy, Burton, Hugley, and
Gueye. I know, I know,
Ezzy doesn't score, nor
give us many other
positive stats. What he
does do, is play great D,
and fit in with the context
of the offense. We are far
more smooth with him
on the floor. He has to be
there with at least one of
the other two guards. He
can't do it by himself, but
he can fit into the scheme
and do well.
