No, successful programs are built on recruiting, HCPN and staff have failed to bring in high quality recruits. 3 star recruits with a 4 star or so will probably max out at 8 wins a year but more often than that 6 or less will be more common. That is exactly where the program is at and it will be another several years before we get to see another press conference with a new HC stating that he is here to win championships,lol.
