You could say it's progress of some kind to escape "down games" with an ugly win rather than a crippling loss. Props to Narduzzi and the gang for not sending the program into turmoil and jeopardizing the makings of a solid 2020 recruiting class.

Certainly not bad at all. 444-170 in total yards, lots of horrible penalties called, and we played with a bunch of guys with zero experience.

14 points off of two turnovers and 100+ penalty yards. Mistakes were bad but the defense continues to play well and for a first time starter with your two running backs out what do you expect from the offense. Do Patti get all the reps this week and even know he was going to start all week?

They said he found out he was going to start 45 minutes before the game.

He had first team snaps all week though and Pickett didn’t practice due to his shoulder

Using analytics to prepare for games is great.
Using stats in an attempt to make a pi$$-poor performance look better is pathetic.

We’re probably going to get torched but I completely agree with you.

I personally don’t think our offense is good. So I am never predicting wins, but this defense is for real. I think we will pull it out next week
