Grant Carrigan

I would say it depends on whether or not Pitt lands Charles Reeves. He is playing OT for Pine RIchland out of necessity. Also their HC said they really don't use the TE in their passing offense.

He could make an incredible TE in this offense given his current size. Even if he puts on a few additional pounds, he's got a massive frame to distribute 255-270 pounds. Like pittguy said, it'll be interesting to see what happens with Reeves; and I would also throw in Clark. Clark's health for next season will go a long way in the staff's approach with Carrigan.

I think I heard he has moved to WR at PR. This will give us a chance to check out his receiving skills a bit.

I think this is a kid that could end up at TE or OT. The staff will see where he fits best.

When we signed him someone posted his 40 time at 5.17. I don't know how much that can/will improve. I suppose it could - the kid is big big boy so maybe there could still be some awkwardness. But if his speed doesn't improve some his future is likely on one of the lines.
