The silver lining is overall they played much better than they have. Gotta hope they work on doing the things that got them in the game more consistently. If they can maybe they can salvage the season

Early on I thought this team was toast but hopefully they can build on some of the good things they did. Cohern needs to continue to play with this level of effort and find an even higher gear.

The defense picked up at about the 6 minute mark of the second half, and the results showed it. We were able to claw our way back and actually take the lead for a short while. Our rebounding and defense made this comeback possible. But as soon as we lost focus and stopped playing defense, Clemson was back in the game. Pretty simple.

It was an improvement but not enough if we think we're an NCAAT team. We're not right now and will need road wins at 4 of UNC, ND, 'Ville, SU, Wake, SMU, then win the rest of our home games to even think about getting in.

Correct, and what irritates me most is that Capel did not use any of his timeouts to change the free lance HERO offense resulting in deep, contested 3’s by our worse shooters.
I think he had 3 left at the end of regulation!

Right there are times that his own team mates have no idea what he’s going to do and when he’s going to do it, it’s called freelancing

Sure he did, which is why our teams play a lot like those Duke teams played.

We just don't have the talent those Duke teams had to make it work well.
