Great Game. Great Win

I feel fortunate to have been at the Pete today. Luther is blooming before our eyes. I shake my head thinking of the quality of ball we saw today versus what we've seen most of this year. Leaves you very confused.

Yeah, I'm pretty stoked over the win but also baffled. Maybe some of it can be attributed to Duke being flat, but that high level of effort on both sides of the ball is perplexing only because Pitt hasn't shown that ability consistently.

Maybe they are getting better?

Some teams GET it quicker than others. Jamie never gave up on this team and never lost them. Kudos to Jamie and James.

Couple of thoughts on the improved play.

1. Teams have highs and lows during a season. Often times there is a critical game that helps a team to snap out of a slump and get on a roll This team has clearly played much better, save for 8 mintues against the VIll since the OT win against Wake.

2. James Robinson has greatly elevated his game just before and during this stretch. He was playing well earlier in the year when the team was playing well. This team is a decent team when James is playing well. Yeah that's a captain obvious statement but when hes aggressive with his shot and going to the rim they are a much better team

Lets hope they can build on this and be one of the few PItt teams that Peaks in March Madness and goes on a run
