Especially good to see our defense, who isn't big or athletic outside of whitehead hang with every team we played.

With better athletes like the ones we have already recruited and are recruiting I think 8-4 will be the low mark in the future

I really think there's a better chance than most would think that Boyd and/or Conner come back. Conner the reasons to leave and the reasons to come back are obvious. Boyd though, I really think he hurt his draft stock a lot this season. He's not going in the first round and I don't think it's really smart to leave unless you are guaranteed or at least highly considered a first round prospect.

I'm not even predicting that he does come back. But he said he's not sure yet and I think that's honestly the truth. I don't think it's a foregone conclusion already that he's leaving is my point. I think it really is a tough decision as there may actually be more benefits in returning next year. Although Greg Lee of all people did leave early for some reason.
