The UCF, Delaware, and Duke games are all classic examples of games pitt would have lost in the past, especially the big blown leads in the duke and UCF games. Major props to Narduzzi for rallying the Tripp’s when things could fall apart.

Also huge props to Pickett....for all of his deficiencies he has led multiple game winning drives during his career, which is something we haven’t seen from a pitt QB in some time.

I posted in another thread, but I feel he would do even better with a hurry up offense. He seems to do well in late game more up tempo situations.

Get these RB's healthy for next game and maybe Whipple will have more confidence in Pickett to throw the ball downfield more.
Maybe Pitt knew they were not going to be able to run and was using the short pass as its running game.
Pickett has the arm and the WR's, the OLine and RB's just need that confidence.
