I got banned after the game in which Sackenberg went down for the count of 10. Did they have any lengthy threads about their game today?
See this is what SHOULD happen. You go on a rival board and call someone a jack off you get banned. Problem is there arent consistent standards. Peak is a pretty easygoing moderator whereas BWI runs a very tight ship.
I took a look at their game thread against Michigan to laugh at them losing their **** and saw Tom McAndrew called the refs “ref-erines”. Could you imagine Chris saying something like that?

Lol, I called one particular fella a little more than that but your point remains the same. Had it occurred on another rivals thread I would have been surprised to find I was banned.
Just like all B12 refs reside in Texas (serious complaining from the WVU contingent yesterday), all ACC refs reside in Tobacco Road, all SEC refs in Alabama and then there’s the Notre Dame family tree refs...
From what I heard, they aren’t even the strictest. That title may go to the FSU rivals site. On the national board, a Notre Dame fan said they went over there and said good luck heading into a game and was banned, lol.
I was banned on the nitter site simply for my screen name, before I had ever posted one time over there. I don't think it can get much worse than that.
Sheesh, how do you even go about doing that?
If they use key words like “Pitt” or “Panther,” I’m surprised I haven’t been banned over there yet for having “H2P!”
Probably very complex algorithms developed by the mods.

Well that was a very long time ago. In fact I may not be banned over there now since Rivals let a lot of people who had been banned on sites regain their posting privileges. I haven't been over there in years to find out one way or the other.
But I did go over their occasionally in the past when people would link something from their site over here that seemed it might be interesting, and the first time I tried to post something I couldn't because I had already been banned from posting.
A few weeks ago I got a PM from a member here telling me I had been tagged in some posts over there. Mr. Pitt-girl and I got a good chuckle reading them. Guess they don't like me.

Not so sure about that, but I do find it very ironic that publicly Pitt doesn't matter to them, but deep down they can't let us go. Poor babies - so conflicted. It must be exhausting.

I agreed with them that there was some humor to that. Then I asked if it was funnier than their starting QB saying during his recruiting that he was going to University of Penn State, or UPS?

Let me spell this out: Pitt fans don't pretend that PSU isn't our rival. Many care and honestly not sure what's wrong with being honest about it.

Wrong. Their mod consolidated the threads. He did the same thing after the loss by unifying all the "bitching and moaning" (his words) post game.
