Amazing article with a link that discusses Narduzzi's defense with Pitt players. Both are a must read. Best part was when the author said Narduzzi's defense is "partially weaponized". This article reminds us how well we played last year with some adversity. The talent wasn't necessarily In place and we made strides. It had been years since I had seen Pitt's defense play that well and they are only going to improve. Future is bright!

Yes they predicted a close win over psu.
Only game with a less than 33% chance to Win was Clemson.....13 percent I think.

I can't rip on Johnny Major that won Pitt first NCS since 1930s, I see another event more accurate and does not apply just to Pitt Football but Nebraska Football too?

Paul hacket/administration at that time was the real curse. Haven't recovered since!
Definitely a very difficult schedule. But, Ray Charles could see this team is getting better and our program is vastly better than it was
I agree the Bostik-Fazio-Posvar Era led to the O'Connor-Jaynes-Hackett Era when Pitt hit bottom. The Nordenber-Pederson Era with all its ups and down return Pitt to Winning, but not much more especially after Pederson's Return being even more Mediocre after Wannstedt was ousted.
