That was a fun game. I'm a long time NU fan, but was lukewarm on the Cats chances going into this one. Pitt is a beyond solid team (wins over Clemson and Penn State? 'Nuff said) and Narduzzi is a great coach. Nothing but good things ahead for the Panthers, in my opinion. Speaking of which...

Your team's future is bright with that kid DiNucci on your roster. Wow. He reminded me of former Northwestern great, Dan Persa (like DiNucci, also a product of Pennsylvania). Wheels and an arm. Watch out ACC.

I get that some of you are frustrated by a few of the calls (or non calls as you might see it) on the field - Wildcat fans have lived through many similar situations. That said, Coach Fitz does not coach-up a dirty team, and has never been accused of doing so.

Any team that beats Penn State I pull for. So good luck to Pitt down the road, and go (*ugh, yuck*) Trojans.

Thanks... but DiNucci will be the 3rd or 4th string QB next season and won't likely play another meaningful down as a Panther.

He only played today so that MacVittie's redshirt wouldn't be burned.
