Help on how to watch games

I have Comcast so obviously I don't get the ACCN. I won't be able to go out to watch the games because I do live with someone who is immunocompromised. I have heard people say YouTube TV and tbh I didn't even know what that was.

Any suggestions outside of garbage reddit streams?
