1. Am I the only one who is getting board with the 53-48 games in college football?
2. Are the offensive schemes that much harder to defend-today, rules favor offense, or are most coaches offensive minded and frontload the o with best players? I’m thinking the schemes are better, but usually defenses adapt... like the red gun offense, run and shoot, west coast ,etc...defenses usually catch up to the scheme. Why hasn’t it the past 8 years in college football.
I remember 7-8 years ago watching the big 12 and saying I’m glad we aren’t in that league because of the lack of defense. Though the acc and all leagues seem to see increased scoring.
It has me missing the days where the punter was on the team and a good 28-21 contest was held.
