I'm going to predict 3-17 at this point but it really wouldn't take much heavy lifting for Pitt to mess around and go 7-13 or something like that. The league is just so bad. I'm not sure what the new commissioner Jim Phillips can do but he has to address it somehow. Remember it was me who said a few years ago that this was going to happen.
