Yea with 2 NFL level TBs and a really strong OL. We didn’t play well on offense this year but I’m not supporting this sudden Shawn Watson revisionist history BS.
I would definitely argue that with this offensive line and this stable of running backs, we would not have scored even 24 touchdowns with this group under Watson.
With one of the best defenses in the country??? Oh yes that’s how.

I tend to agree, they were outscored by their opponents this year and still managed to finish with a winning record. Their biggest wins this year were by 10 each over both Georgia Tech and Ohio.
Looking back it’s almost amazing they managed to start out 7-3 playing so many games that went down to the final possession.

did we even really attempt to establish a running game in any game this year? I remember eating up the clock running the ball vs OU and Cuse I think, but when else?
Up 3 in the 4th quarter against Miami we attempted to establish a run game. Brilliant set of calls for those 3 plays before giving the ball back to Miami.
