[Pitt is #1]

I have been watching ACC games a lot this season. How is it 2 years straight Pitt cannot get competent QB play? Every team has a down period but eventually the QB improves or a competent replacement is found. Other than Rozier in Miami, I think every team has a better option than we do. Extremely frustrating.
