Now through 8 innings and Pitt has left the bases loaded 4 times and has stranded 18 runners through 8 innings--and they are losing to UPS 11-6 going to the bottom of the 9th.
Surprise--we go down 1-2-3 in the 9th, end up stranding 18 on the game, blow a 5-2 lead and lose to the Nits for the 2nd time this year, 11-6. NCAA chances are virtually gone now, we must concentrate on making the ACCT, which we never have. We're very close to being in, but have 3 toughies at Miami this weekend, then 3 vs Duke at home who is also fighting to make the ACC tourney.
