Money Does NC State have compared to Pitt??

It sure seems to me a team at the exact same level as Pitt has a much more robust NIL program than we do if they can bring in portal guys like this.
We got a backup defensive tackle from Kansas st and a defensive end from Clemson who barely played. A TE from Oregon st that didn’t start. Cooper a back up guard and center from NC State. And 3 guys from W Carolina.
