What I’m noticing is that I really do not care if Pitt loses tonight. I’m not going to sit here and say “I’m done” or “that’s it” or some such clap trap. What I will say is that I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way right now. I will continue to watch Pitt because I enjoy college football and maybe in another 40 years I’ll be pleasantly surprised. However, for some of you other older guys who don’t have that long it’s almost getting to the point of no return. What’s the point? I don’t know. I love Pitt but at times it’s like rooting for Rocky Balboa’s opponent.
