Look at Matt Rhule in year 3 at Baylor. The year he took over they were 1-10. With a decimated roster due to their scandal.
Year 3 he has Baylor 10-1 and just beat Kansas. ( team that beat BC with their starting QB and at home by 30 points). 41-0 in the 3rd quarter.
