does 2 things,
1) cuts Heather Lyke off at the knees and hastens her departure to a school that:
A) allows the AD to run her dept & hire the best available coach.
B) actually want to win & will committ the resources to do it .
If I am her, I am already talking to Lousville, MSU, and any other P-5 school w/ an opening.
It is a shame, as I think she has demonstrated her ability many times since arrival to run a P-5 dept.
Gallagher , to me , is quickly proving himself to be Wesley Posavar/Dennis J. O'Connor II.
