My son is a recent USC grad and I saw Max Browne's whole career at USC. What you saw today is typical Max Browne. He has poor feet, is indecisive, timid, can't run, and even though he may have a strong arm he throws soft, tentative passes. He is the Anti-Peterman. At USC, he had a long hard time winning the starting job and when he did he was benched. I was not happy when he transferred to Pitt. This is not Savage or Peterman. He will lose the starting job. It is just a matter of time. But I imagine we will lose a string of games before he is benched. Our wide receivers will rarely be thrown to, and don't give me this we don't want to show other teams too much BS. Weah and Garner bailed him out today.
