Is as sharpe as a lot people think about her. She should have her list of coaches, styles, recruiting history, and do the candidates have geological fit here in western PA.
She also needs to make sure the coach is offensive minded who has a system in place that has shown the ability to be really effective with multiple QB’s running that system.
I really hope she has the wheels in motion right now instead of waiting till next year to start the process.
