that it doesn't matter who coaches this team. I know coach needs to get his own recruits but this still looks all too familiar.

It is familiar. Last week and tonight. No doubt. And I'm sure all Pitt fans are tired of hearing it but you're right - he deserves a chance to get his own guys. It is disturbing though that the offense has been so bad tonight. And the QB situation appears troubling.

Peterman has an opportunity, I'd be interested to see how much playing time he sees in the second half. Voytik has been bad.

How can Voytik regress so much? He is playing like the beginning of last year, not like the QB he was by the end of the season.

In many ways similar to past Panther editions, except our previous teams and coaches would have found a way to lose. not pretty by any stretch, and much room for improvement but it looks like the defense will not be as awful as we thought. The offense has done enough, barely, to win despite the injuries and new inexperienced players. Not much chance to build a rhythm. But you can nt do better than 2 and 0. Let's hope to see a bit more progress on D and a giant leap forward on O and play a total game in Iowa. Another team to go through on the redemption 2015 tour.

I think voytiks play last yr was a credit to chryst(sp). have to give him credit there. I haven't heard much about brightwell and the other kid McKee but I think once they get used to college at least one of them will be a big upgrade on caprera

Peterman played a heck of a game but unwarranted bashing of Voytik going on here. Am I the only one who saw the pass he completed to Boyd where ESPN3 announcer said, "there was not a window there, there was a door." And it was a perfect pass completed to Boyd! I thought both qbs looked good at times last night. But even Peterman had some really bad throws, but overall the good he did FARRRR outweighed the bad. I think we're lucky to have both these kids. I see a lot of talent in both of them and they are both great leaders on the field.
