Did you see him look at the box to see what down it was.. Laughable.for that brilliant 2 minute offense called by amos alonzo franklin
What percentage of dion28's posts are concerning Franklin and UPS? Does he ever make a post about anything not related to the Nits?Your genius coach called the worst fake punt I've seen in quite a while. Direct snap to the slowest player on the field and have him run wide? Lol.
His defense had to outsmart an OC that called only 3 or 4 different plays all game and got gashed for 24.
His offense could barely get a first down until Georgia went into the prevent.
Georgia didn't have a kicker which cost them six points too. And they still covered.
Franklin got exposed as the wanny-like GameDay doofus he is.
Then why don't you go there instead of spreading your Nit crap hereI provide a ton of Pitt insight on the pay board
I thought the 2 minute drill looked like a 2 minute drill run by a backup qb with no timeouts. He did put them in position for a Hail Mary. I doubt Hackenberg would have...just my opinion
Hackenburg declared. Like, he didn't even wait an hour after the game ended. He's gone. I never seen that. It was like "SEE YA". No wonder why he had such a big smile as the game ended. It was like he was being paroled.
would have been impressive if there were 30 seconds left and the nits got the ball. They got it with almost 2 minutes left. Poor clock management and to blame that solely on the QB is something only a died in the wool franklin fanatic like yourself would do. BTW, most national writers are criticizing the clock management by your god-hero
If shoop leaves for Tennessee, how many of the georgia grad assistants does franklin interview for the psu job?
How many of them have hot girlfriends or wives?
Agree, rather lose by 16 to a ranked opponent on their home field than lose by 7 to a team with only 3 coaches plus GAs.Rather lose by 16 to a ranked opponent. What kind of question is that?
"ncyajleel, post: 706431, member: 2576"]Here was Georgia's coaching staff for the game. Look at their titles and tell me how this staff could put together a game plan to beat an almost complete coaching staff.
Bryan McClendon - Interim Head Coach / Recruiting Coordinator / Passing Game Coordinator / Wide Receivers Coach
Thomas Brown - Running Backs Coach
John Lilly - Tight Ends Coach / Offensive Special Teams Coordinator
Rob Sale - Offensive Line Coach
Tracy Rocker - Associate Head Coach / Defensive Line and Will Linebacker Coach
Kevin Sherrir - Linebacker Coach
Love the Lair Posters that look up Info and Links and share such knowledge with Rivals Posters, just shows smart beats dumb, and backing up an opinion with facts, makes a better judgment!

It's football, not rocket science. Not much is going to change from what they did all year. UGA is just far superior in talent. PSU didn't embarass themselves the way most Big 10 teams do when matched against the SEC.
Keep believing that. You guys who have never coached or probably even played crack me up with your total ignorance. It's not rocket science, but it is not as easy as your ignorance leads you to believe either.
A lot changed from what they did all year. If you watched the game and compare it to other games from this season, you would have seen a world of difference in play calling. They where about as vanilla as they could have been.
Nope. It was pretty much the same as in the regular season. UGA's offense just isn't very good. They appear to be vanilla because they can't execute well enough to open it up.

Yeah --- it may not have been the "best" 2-minute drill, but I've also seen much much worse. PSU at least had a chance at the end.
McSorley converted TWO 4th downs in that drive. One of them by running for it on a 4th-and-5. Would Hackenberg have been able to do that? Like you, I have my doubts.
Yeah, you had a shot against a team with no coaches or a field goal kicker.
Isn't this thread (see the title) about PSU's game-ending 2-minute-drill?
What does Georgia's field-goal kicker have to do with that?
Anyway, to the point: a 2-minute drill is honestly more about a QB and HIS decision-making processes vs. the coaches. And I don't think McSorley was terrible on the 2-minute drill. Hack would likely not have been smart enough to run for it on that 4th-and-5: McSorley recognized it and did. Good for him.
